These terms govern your access to and use of the Webfix platform. By using Webfix you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Webfix, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Legal Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when registering.
3. Subscriptions and billing
A 5-day free trial gives full access to every tool. The paid plan (€8/month) is billed monthly in EUR and renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period. VAT applies where required.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, to violate any law, or to access data you are not authorized to access. Automated scraping or abuse may result in suspension.
5. Intellectual property
All platform content, software and branding remain the property of Webfix. Content you create remains yours.
6. Limitation of liability
Webfix is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
